Over the past seven years, Ryan and his wife Christine have scaled their balloon business into a full brick and mortar balloon bar in Sioux Falls, SD. They're succeeding in both retail sales and installation jobs, so I was really excited to have him on the podcast to hear more about their setup!
He takes us through their awesome automation for bouquet sales... the size options, style options, delivery charges and the platform running it all. Then Ryan shares great tips for how to get started in the automated bouquet sales process:

Ryan owns Queen City Balloons, a full-service balloon shop in Sioux Falls, the largest city in South Dakota. Loving husband and father to three, Ryan is also an accomplished musician and a 2nd-degree black belt in the ATA.
After QCBB's growth Ryan and his wife made the leap into full-time business, eventually opening a shop space in East Sioux Falls.
Ryan specializes in luxury helium balloon work but offers all kinds of balloon services from organic to traditional.
You'll find him reading, watching movies, playing board and card games, or Minecrafting in his 'spare time' (whenever that is)!
