Tracy’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 with From Me 2 You Creations, LLC, a stationery business known for custom designs. In 2013, she expanded into e-commerce with multiple Etsy stores, offering party supplies, stationery, and celebration essentials. In 2018, Tracy transitioned to running her business full-time, focusing on balloon decor and party supplies.
In 2025, Tracy rebranded to Joyful Party Co., expanding the brand nationally to create greater growth and impact in the celebration industry. Her extensive product offerings help transform events into unforgettable experiences—whether for small gatherings or corporate events.
Tracy holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Education (Health Science focus) from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She also has 11+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, immigration sponsorship, and human resources at Tyson Foods, Inc.. This experience has been crucial in shaping her business operations, strategic planning, and leadership approach.
At Tyson, Tracy managed talent acquisition, employee engagement, and immigration sponsorship programs, honing skills in HR processes and people management. These skills now guide her efforts in building a positive company culture, managing client relationships, and scaling her business.
Based in Springdale, Arkansas, Tracy is passionate about personal growth, creativity, and making a positive impact.
